Set in the beautiful surrounds of Pin Mill, Suffolk, an area of outstanding natural beauty, this one day colour/black and white digital photography course for camera phones, compact ‘point and shoot’ or DSLR cameras, including a delicious 2 course lunch and drinks at the famous Butt and Oyster pub, teaches you the techniques of photography, digital imaging and printing. Course handouts will also be available on the day.
The day is hosted by Anthony Cullen BA(Hons), The Observer/Hodge
award winning photographer and guest lecturer at NYU with over
17 years of experience.
The courses are now limited to 6 people giving even more opportunity
for personal advice and tuition.
You will need to bring your camera phone or digital camera and manual, fully charged batteries and a clean memory card.
 
The Day - Beginner Level
9.30 - 11.00 :
Meet at The Pin Mill Studio, coffee and hellos then go through a set of
Anthony’s award winning portfolio pictures learning basic photographic
techniques for landscapes, portraits, action, close-ups etc.

11.00 - 1.00 :
Taking pictures using techniques you’ve learnt with personal guidance
from Anthony.

1.00 - 2.00 :
Lunch at the famous riverside pub the Butt and Oyster.

2.00 - 5.00 :
Learn basic computer skills, download images, select one and Anthony
will apply and teach you basic imaging techniques ready for a final high
quality print you can take home.
